EXHIBITIONS
Crowne Art Gallery is a museum and gallery, originally set up to display the personal collection of its owner Prince Omoregbe Erediauwa, but as the passing of time, it metamorphosed into a representation of Art, culture, and a platform to help promote young and innovative Fine Artist.
Crowne Art Gallery (CAG) was open December 2012, at 2a Golf Course, off Airport Road, G.R.A. Benin City.
CAG is set up in two sections, a Gallery and a Museum.
The lower floor is for displays of paintings and contemporary Sculptural works (ranging from wood to brass pieces).
Displayed on the upper floor are antique sculptural pieces, photographs and books.
Items on this floor are not for sale.
The gallery organises art summer school for kids, school excursion to visit the Benin cultural sites, and art exhibitions. The gallery generally doesn’t limit herself to just painting and Sculptures exhibition, we encourage all forms of Visual Arts; Performance Artist, Print Making, Fashion Designer, photography and Textile Artist, to feel free to Express themselves in whatever medium that best suit the artist.
